If there is damage to an art piece due to shipping, the carrier's insurance will cover it. Insurance is strongly recommended with your shipped artwork. Contract (continued) Payment in two installments: ~ Half upon approval of design and signing of contract ~ Half upon conclusion of contract (delivery, shipment or installation) Design Fee I do not charge for the Initial Meeting. After the accepting the project, ! do ask for a design fee to proceed with work. The design fee amount varies depending on the size of the project. The fee is non-refundable, but applies towards the total project cost. The design fee covers the cost of the initial design and a couple minor revisions. (NOTE: specific revision documentation will be unique to the project). If major re-work is requested, an additional fee may be required. That fee would be in addition to the overall cost of the project.
