Privacy Policy I have implemented a privacy policy in order to protect the privacy of your information. I will never willfully sell, trade, rent or otherwise transmit any personally identifiable information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission. Return Policy All sales are final. If there is a question, please contact me with any questions. I package my artwork with the utmost care. If there is damage to an art piece due to shipping, the carrier's insurance will cover it. Insurance is strongly recommended with your shipped artwork. Shipping For paid orders, I ship anywhere in the continental USA. For shipping requests outside the USA, please contact me at The carrier must use a tracking system with an Order ID #. Insurance is strongly recommended.

Initial Meeting I make an introductory presentation, showing past work and materials. I also address all details whether I do them myself or contract them out, and the philosophies with which I create my artwork. I do not charge for my time invested in the initial meeting. When the client is farther than a two hour drive from my studio, the client pays for incurred expenses. Prior to this meeting I like to receive background on the project. Design When I make the decision to accept the work, a design fee, based on the anticipated cost of the job, is billed. This non-refundable fee is applied to the final cost of the project. (The client is provided an WEBSITE inventory questionnaire to complete as to the intention and expectations). Exact materials are presented at this time and a signature approval is required. Contract Once the client approves the design and materials, aan agreement/contract is completed. This includes a payment schedule which includes two installments 50/50. Other projects may require different amounts for deposit. Deposit Details>>>>> Production After the signed contract and initial payment is returned to me, materials are ordered and project creation begins. Installation The art piece is transported to the site or shipped and installed (depending on the project), at the end of the process. Payment I require either PayPal or a Cashier's Check for payment.
